"On 4/21/08 I had a tire puncture on my K1200R. The tire was shot and I needed a new one. I was able to get the bike into your service department the same day. Jeff Blaney and Rodney McIntosh were able to not only squeeze me in on a very busy day, but get me up and running for the ride home. These guys are great, they have always treated me fairly and really shine when it comes to customer service. Since there are really no repair shops that can service a K bike properly, it's nice to know that I can always count on you guys to take care of me and my bike in a friendly, professional and competant manner. These qualities are lacking in so many places these days, my compliments and thanks to you both. "

Recently picked up my new 2007 R1200RT, the bike was perfect, registered and inspected. I requested a few accessories one week prior to picking up the bike. The parts were on the bike when I picked it up, and they looked great! The staff was informative and very helpful. The entire experience with BMW of Manhattan exceeded my expectations.
